About The Falls at Ormond
The Falls at Ormond is a community with a foundation in the history of Ormond Beach. Designed in the 80's, The Falls has continually embodied the spirit of community and social recreation.
Entry to the community is monitored 24 hours daily each day of the year. The Ormond Fire and Police Departments are within one mile of the community.
The Falls at Ormond is located on a 141 acre, beautifully wooded site. There are nature trails through tropical forests beside a running stream known as Misner's Branch. The community is staffed with on-site management and maintenance staff to insure residents prompt response and community care every day.
Retirement Living Magazine selected "The Falls" as one of the 10 best places to retire.
